บริษัทก่อตั้งเมื่อเดือน มกราคม ปีพ.ศ. 2533 โดยเป็นบริษัทลีสซิ่งในเครือธนาคารญี่ปุ่น  ที่มีประวัติศาสตร์เก่าแก่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย

ในเดือนมกราคม 2561 บริษัทดำเนินการจดทะเบียนเปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัท จากบริษัท บีทีเอ็มยูลิสซิ่ง (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด เป็น บริษัท บีโอทีลีส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

 บริษัทนำเสนอแผนการสนับสนุนที่เหมาะสมที่สุด และตรงกับความต้องการของลูกค้า เช่น การให้บริการเช่าลีสซิ่ง แบบ สัญญาเช่าการเงิน สัญญาเช่าดำเนินกงาน และ เช่าซื้อสำหรับทรัพย์สินต่างๆ

We was established in January 1990 as a leasing company under the Japanese Banking Group(MUFG) the oldest history in Thailand.

In January 2018, the Company registered the change of company name from BTMU Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to BOT Lease (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

 We provide the finance lease, operating lease, and hire purchase of office equipment, production equipment, vehicles, and construction machinery.

In addition, we offers sales financing options to support the sales of customer products.
